Shibashi

Shibashi – 18 Taiji Qigong sets: in 1979 Master Lin Housheng created his first set of eighteen movements. The second set was created in 1988 and the third set was created in 1990.

The name ‘Shibashi’ means 18 movements in Chinese, Shibashi is ‘not’ tai chi, it’s qigong exercises that have a few of their movements inspired by tai chi moves.
