Daoyin Qigong – Dao Yin Yang Sheng Gong

Professor Zhang Guangde of Beijing Sports University undertook a deep study of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular the methods of Daoyin and developed “Dao Yin Yang Sheng Gong”. His method of medical Qigong has been officially recognised by the Ministry of Health in China and is used by hospitals and sanatoria there. Professor Hu Xiao Fei, Professor Zhang Guangde’s primary assistant, has distinguished himself in Daoyin and now also creates his own sequences.
